Problem with BAPI_0050_CREATE

Hi Guys,

I used BAPI_0050_CREATE to post an FMBB entry. I did not encounter an error and the BAPI returned a document number as well as the fiscal year but when I checked FMBB I could not find the document. I tried checking table FMBH but the document also does not exist. The message retrieved from BAPI_0050_CREATE is "BudgetEntryDocFM GSIS2008100000013 has been created. External reference:" Can you tell me why the document cannot be seen in the system or am I just looking at the wrong transactions. Also could you verify if it has indeed posted a docuemnt

Use FM BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT after this BAPI. Alternatively, you can use FMKU_0050_CREATE_WITH_COMMIT which does commit.

Hi,

when ever u r using BAPI to create any it will created normally. But it wont commit implicitly. Explicitly v have to commit by using BAPI_Transaction_Commit.

Try n check again.

I am using 'BAPI_0050_CREATE' to update budget data as i can see u have already used this BAPI for sane requirement..it would be great if u can send me test data for that.
