the sapsecurityonline link in the earlier message gives you step by step procedure.. a couple of things you need to do apart from that.

First, in SECAT ( in development) create a new system data container , and define your RFC destination for the production here..

Then follow the tutorial untill it shows you to modify the script with the required values.. here enter index values in the second column starting with 2 ..

and lastly while excecuting the file select your RFC destination.

This is not one of the easiest process to teach somebody remotely. This is a great tool, saved us on go-live and on our post go-live processes. From role assignments to thousands of positions, to other security task.
