Regarding Trigger the Dead line message Using Work Flow

Hi,

I have a issue in workflow:

desacription:

Workflow item should route to the Workflow Agent Maintainer (WAM) at the site if the deadline for PR approval has reached. But after upgrade(4.6 C to ECC 6.0 )this is not working. WAM agent is maintained for each plant in ZME04

Transaction code(s) – ZME04, SBWP,

We have already checked the background job. and Background job running successfully which we scheduled in SM36 .

So, where we will check why this mail is not trigging to particular userid.

is there is any configuration problem? pls tell me where i can check these things...

pls help me on this.its very urgent.

hi harinath

comparitively 4.6c and ecc 6.0 version the modification has done on oracle database server when connecting in the configuration as well as sap developement

the 4.6c allows the old permission to connect the database servers in 6.0 the version and the permissions are changed.....

these codes are work in developement servers but won't work in db servers

check out once again the configurations and permissions of the dbserver ...

and also check the dataflow diagram in the workflow green path is coming or not to that user id...............
