    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Spart,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Standard texts are used to make the maintenance easier..       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example,say that you have some form in your business which has a section with a bunch of legal stuff, you can store this legal junk as standard text and simply include it in the form at runtime.  Then if it ever changes as legal stuff does, you just have to maintain the standard text, and not the form.  Also this provide reuseibillity across forms, so say that you had 5 forums which used this same legal stuff, you change the standard text one place, it is then reflected in all forms using it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich Heilman&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
