    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Rich,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   I am asking you some more queries regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   we are basically doing an integration project where&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an option for Blocking a Material in Purchase View and Sales View&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   As per our client requirement he is asking for the following things to be checked before blocking a material :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check for a given Material there is Stock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check for a given Material there is  open Purchase Orders / Sales Order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Check there is a valid BOM's, Routings, Selling Price, Info record and Inspection Plan for a given Material.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   Is this possible....   &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Thanks &amp;amp; Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   vamshi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transactionally,.........MMBE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Programmically...........the data is keep in table MARD.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whoa,  that's going to be a little more difficult.  You would have to look at the po tables, EKKO, EKPO, EKET for that material and the sales order table VBAK, VBAP.  Don't think that there is an easy way to determine if a PO is open or not, same with a sales order.  It really depends on your companies business process.  Example, one company way say that the PO is closed at the time that you recieve everything on the PO in full, another company may say the PO is close after you pay for the goods on the PO.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich Heilman&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a huge task.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway here are some more tables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill of Materials, - MAST, STKO, STPO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Routings,  - MAPL, PLKO, PLPO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Info Records, - EINE, EINA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If selling price is standard price, then you can find that in table MBEW.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure about inspection plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich Heilman&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
