ALV dump, character fields?

Hi,

Opening ALV file without problems but,

I am getting this dump when trying to save/export ALV file as local file?

The current statement only supports character-type data objects

Is there an FM to convert ALV table to char?

Hi,

If you have numeric fields in the field catalog then make declare the type as CHAR in the field catalog

Hi,

If you have quantity or currency fields change it to Charachter data type while building field catalog.

in the field catalog all the fields should be char type

Hi,

If I change fileds to CHAR, then I can't do SUM If i export ALV to excel?

I solved the problem..

First I used this code to fill catalog:


  PERFORM:
  fill_fieldcat_column USING 'LT_billit'
                             'EUITRANS_EXT_UI'
                             'EAN',

Problem was TABLE LT_billit. When I deleted table,when calling perform, I had no problem with no character fields..:)
