Hi Gurus,

I have to create one z report. In that report in the selection screen I have to enter sales order number and Coil number and if I press execute button then I need to display sales order number, coil number, customer number name and along these fields I need to display coil information like net weight, gross weight, number of units, dimensions of the coil, storage bin. My doubt is I need to enter coil information manually(Based on coil number we can enter manually) in the report output after that I need to press save.Remaining field’s means customer number name that I will take from database table.

Can we enter values manually in the report output? Please help me how to do this scenario.

Hi Babji,

You can enter the values manually in the report output.

if it is a standard report output you can do it directly using write statement.

eg: write : 'Net Weight :' , '100'.

if it is a ALV report fill the values in the internal table and then pass the internal table to the FM to display the output.

Upto me in Classical report is used to view the output. we cnt give input after report is executed.

if wrong change me.

Hi,

If you want to edit the report output go for ALV. In this you can edit your report output and save it to database.
