for contract emloyers what is the process. i mean howt hnadling tickets. its directly coming or through team lead?

in real time , for support projects, tickets are issued to you by the team lead.

Functional consultants they will send tickets to technical team leader, technical team leader will assign the tickets to the employers (Consultants).
