How to upload new symbols from word into sap to usse in sap script?

Hi,

What do you mean by Symbols from word. Is it any Image?

In case of a image you need to copy the image and save as 'TIFF'. Upload it through SE78 and use it as an Include in the script.

Aatmika,

I think you are talking about Images such as LOGOs.Get the logo and modify it as per your requriment in MS paint and then upload it using SE78.

By the way, what does your name stand for,if you don't mind.

hey kiran actually whats my issue is.. In sap script i gotta add on te micr code for a symbol thats used in any bank's cheque! now thats what has to be answered..

its a symbol. not a logo. In a bank cheque there wud be numbers right. Along with that we have " || : ". this has to be printed in script. how do i do that? this particular symbol isnt there in sap.

nope. hardcoding the symobls also doesn't work because it is not the correct symbol.. the symbol | | is in a different format in citibank cheques. i'm stuck with this issue.

You can try one thing.

Create a image with the help of paint. Convert it to a TIFF image. It will have to be trial and error for the exact size, and upload this image through SE78, and use the image.

Try it out. Hope this helps!!

Hi,

I saw CITIBANK Cheques. <b>The symbol which u mentioned is half of PIPE SYMBOL present in keyboard keys</b>. So, u can't hardcode it. Since the size differs. So only way is, create a symbol in Paint of the required size, upload using SE78 tcode. Then call in ur sapscript. U have to due trial and error method. But this will work if u try.
