Hi All,

Can any one explain me how to define search help in Module pool programming with out using POV Request.

Hi.

There are 2 other ways to Generate F4 help without using POV.

1. Open the Attributes of the field in Screen Painter

You can assign the Search Help here.

Note:You have to create a search help in DDIC if it is not existing

2. Use this statement in PAI

FIELD MARC-WERKS

SELECT * FROM T001W

WHERE WERKS = MARC-WERKS

IF NOT FOUND raising error MESSAGE 100.

"Message ID must be entered in Program statement

Note: in Above syntax there may be some slight errors . See F1 HELP Of Field statement.
