topic JAVA Applet loading time reduction in Application Development and Automation Discussions

Hi!

I was wondering if there is some way to reduce the time it takes to load the SAP JAVA applets on the client's browser. Specifically, those pertaining to the PPM module. For example, there is a Gantt chart generator/viewer based on JAVA that takes several minutes to load; even more the first time this applet is loaded.

I heard there might be some way to disable, on the server, the setting that asks the client to accept the installation of certificates and/or execution of the applet, although I'm not sure this is actually possible.

Hope to hear from you soon.
