sales order partner function

Hi experts,

While creating sales orders all partner function should get copied from contract for same sales order no. ,

But In our system only sold-to, bill-to, ship- to & payer get copied from contracts to sales order., other partner functions are custom functions...

where I can find logic for this functionality?

Check in the table <b>VBPA</b> first

whether all other Partner functions exist in it or not?

If they exist there, Then check why they are not copied ?

Check with VBPA Table

Main field is PARVW - It will show the customer number as bill to party or some others like sold -to-party or ship to party or Payer..

I am asking is which userexit or configuration copies all partner functions available into sales order?

Hi sheshu,

It get coped all partner function into sales order but its not displaying while I am saving into VA01 transaction. Later if I go to VA03 & see sales order its showing me all partner function at header & item level... (same mentioned into contract VA43)

my clients asking me to do somthing so it can display duing VA01 transaction itself.....

help me out..

May be you can try in MV45AFZZ -> somewhere user exit will trigger..

most of the scenario which will be in Config.

SPRO ->click on IMG ->sales and distribution -> partners..

Better to post in SD Forum ,you may get fast response
