      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAP is a business software designed to run the entire operations of a business. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAP has immensely diversified its ERP products in the last 7 years and there is a huge demand for SAP in the market for the emerging products and technologies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are broadly 2 career options in SAP for candidates with no prior SAP experience:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SAP Functional:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	Requirements: MBA, and 2-3 years of industry experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	Expectations: You are expected to understand the industry business processes such as inventory management, production, quality, procurement, finance, marketing etc.  As expected, you do need at least few years of industry experience to demonstrate knowledge of your functional area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SAP Technical:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	Requirements: Engineering Degree preferably.
