Hi,

You may have already tried the following :

- Create a sales order manually with similar data to see if the delivery documents are getting created. If so, it is a config issue.

- If you used standard SAP program to download the sales orders data, maybe some fields indicating the existance of delivery documents (if corresponding Sales Docs had existing delivery docs) in the original system is causing this behavor. If so, you can verify this by creating a sales order without deliveries in the original system, and then create/download the data to this file and use it to create the SD.

- There is a field called BVBEPKOM-LIFSP which you can manually fix a constant value in LSMW to ensure the document is blocked for delivery (you may need to unblock it later).

cheers,

Ajay

We're experiencing unwanted creation of delivery documents for a variety of SD document types when using this program. We're reloading SD orders as part of a major project. We're using LSMW to read and convert, then kicking off RVINVB10 in BMV0. We use ATP...we will reschedule the orders after the SD Order rebuild and after subsequent inventory load. In our testing, we have structure like:

Header

All Partners

Header Text Code

 Header Text Lines

Item

Item Text Code

 Item Text Line

The EDATU value from VBEP ETENR=1 is inserted into the Item data. All this appears to work very well...except...even though my functional specialists assert that configuration is set to NOT automatically create delivery documents (we utilize Dlv Due processing), I'm getting automatic delivery document creation for each SD that passes mandatory checks like credit limit, etc. Ideas?

Message was edited by: David Lindsey
