This second MAIN window will get consecutive number 1. Then position this second window next to the first window.

In this way printing will continue on this second main window on the same page and after filling this window printing is continued on the next page.

Does this solve your problem?

Regards,

John.

Is it correct that you defined you main window just a little bit smaller than your page size (13,81 versus 15,1 cm)?

In that case the only reason why only half the page is printed should be a NEW-PAGE statement somewhere in your main window. Could you please check?

Regards,

John.

When the main window is full the next main window will be filled. Normally this results in a page break as there is only one main window in a script. But, system is ignoring the second half and second document is getting pring in another A4 paper. Hope u r clear now. Is it the way how System behaves? Any way to avoid this????

Thanks

Suri

Please check if I understood your problem well:

1. The actual page size in the Printer is A4

2. You use a page format in SAP scipt which is half A4

3. You have created 2 main windows on the same page window positioned next to each other.

Is this correct?

Regards,

John.

Hi Surendhar,

Any number of MAIN windows can be created within a form and assigned to pages. The only restriction I know of is that they all have to have the same width.(In graphical mode systems does it automatically).

I think you are not able to print all the contents in the MAIN window because it overflows and skips to next page. Did I understand your question correctly?

If so to solve this problem try re-designing the existing MAIN window. If you increase the height of the MAIN window without overlapping on other windows if any, you should be all set. Please let me know if this works.
