Output list

Hi all,

If i want to find the no. of lines on the output list of the given report program, from another program, how do i do it.I have used load which gives me the line count but that is the line count which is set initially in the program,not the final one.So pls suggest me some other way.

say there are 2 programs In A you are calling program B

In program B you need the number of lines of the output internal table.

If you have written an EXPORT statement for that internal table

after RETURNING to program A

we can access that internal table using IMPORT statement and find the lines of that ITAB using DESCRIBE statement

But if you have not written any EXPORT statement in program B you can't do it
