    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verify the SAP system details in the Logon pad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IP address might be different based on how u r connecting the &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAP App Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If u are in the LAN then u need to use the internal IP or else the external IP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So that could be one of the reasons for the connection failure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other reason could be the provision of seperate SAP Logon feature specific to the client landscape (something like a web page logon)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manohar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Citrix session is broken</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problem by working with SAP System over Citrix session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I work with SAP System I get the error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAPSID: connection to partner broken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WSAECONNRESET: Connection reset by peer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to log on to system immediately after this error I get following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;time out while pending for route competition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some one help by solving this problem? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
