After such refreshes, you have to reapply all the transports that made it only up to QAS, not up to PRD and also all the notes/support packs that are applied only up to QAS. But that is not the reason why a standard transaction like PA30 or PA20 should fail. Is this a custom infotype that you are trying to access or is it dumping right after you enter the transaction code?

Hi folks,

I had an interesting issue. Last week we went for a client refresh from PRD to QAS environment. that resulted in a short dump while accessing the HR masterdata using PA30 or PA20, the infotype screen is not appearing.

The error log gave this info:

program "/1PAPA/FEAT210P0021 " does not exist in the library. it is getting called from SAPLHRP3 I believe. I see no modifications done to this program in QAS.

What can be reason for it? How can this be corrected?

Thanks in advance for your inputs,

SK

It is dumping upon trying to read any standard infotype data, itself.

Is it because the refresh was not done properly? if so, how can it be rectified?

Thanks for the reply,

SK

It sounds like a refresh issue only, but try the same in PRD and see if this error is there or if this program is there. See what it is about. I don't see any such program even in my system, so may be it is some generated program based on how you configured your infotypes. What additional information does the dump has? Did you check for any notes?
