BOM Component changes when changes done in VC

Hi All,

When ever we are changing the characteristic values in Variant configuration, it result the component changes in the BOM.

Please any body let us know how to find the what are the component changes in the BOM when we change any characteristic value in VC. Is there any FM or it will store in any table?

Have you tried the BAPI

BAPI_OBJCL_GETDETAIL to fetch the changed characteristic values

check it with this bapi.

these characteristcis values are stored in AUSP

but to fetch data from AUSP you have to use CABN and INOB tables

Thanks for your reply again.

I am trying with that BAPI. But i am not able to test and dont know what inputs i have to give in this BAPI. Can you please tell me here what it means, OBJECTKEY, OBJECTKEY, CLASSNUM and others.

I create a salesorder which is having an configurable item. Just i am having the CUOBJ(instance).
