hi,

i need to post the idoc into the database as soon as i recieved the idoc in the sap system,this should be automated.how can i dot that.plz letmeknow with an example.

Hi Kishore,

Go to the relevant partner profile for the Idoc (transaction WE20, and you can check which partner is relevant for viewing the control record of the Idoc).

From here, edit the inbound parameters for the message types that correspond to the idocs.

On the inbound options tab you have to select the radion button "Trigger Immediately".

Then Idocs should automatically be run.

If you want to push through Idocs that are in process (status 64) then you run the transaction BD87.

You should be able to set the option in the partner profile setup(transaction WE20) to Trigger Immediately.
