Authorization - User level Restriction

Hi experts,

I have table maintenance assigned with a tcode ..say Z123. I need to make this editable only for some users and for others it should be Display Only or shouldnt allow to enter..

How to do this with the authorisation objects.......pls..urgent

Hi,

see table maintenace generator. In the field "Authorization groups" you key in a value. You can create a new auth. group too. In table maintenace generator follow path environment->Authorization

Now you have to include this Authorization group to a user role.

User which should change data are getting activitie 01/02/03

User for display: only activity 03
