two easy questions ...

hi everybody ,

i have two questions about the abap ....

- 1. how to know the view from which tables via 'SE11' ??? my sap version is sap4.7 .

- 2. why the field value will be 'changed' when i double click the line item in DataBrowse (SE11) ... ... in fact , i want to write a report for the sales details , but i found that the query data fetch from VBAK-AUART this field value is difference from my ABAP program .... ... i don't know why .

Can somebody can tell me the details ? many thanks !

For the table in join check out this,

1. open the view in se11

2. check out the table table/join conditions.

1. Goto SE11, click the radio button VIEW & type the View name & clcik on display. Click tab Table/Join conditions.

Goto to SE11, enter the View name against VIEW

Press Table/JOIN conditions leftside you will see all the tables used in that VIEW

AUART is the Sales Doc type , how the value is changing? from TA to OR when you double click

It is dues to conversion exit for that field

Certain fields are maintained like that, but both the values are same you can use either of them

even PARVW in VBPA table and ATINN field in AUSP also will have same type of value changing due to their conversion exits

Could you please breifly expalin about the 1st question.

2. The VBAK-AUART values are different when you double click because there are some conversion rules existing in the domain.

CONVERSION_EXIT_AUART_INPUT Conversion exit AUART_INPUT

CONVERSION_EXIT_AUART_OUTPUT Conversion exit AUART_OUTPUT

you can experience this by setting the following:

In the list screen of the data browser

Setting -> user parameters -> check box Check conversion exists.
