Doudt in script

Hi All,

I have copied one script from standard script QM_8D_REPORT_SND .For this form there is a function module associated through which it is printing data.

my requirement is customer needs some changes to this format,problem there are some values printing that are not defined in text elements, i meant to say there is no text element in the form but they are printing,In the debug mode i could see the values from where they are getting printed i am not able to understand..these values are coming from function module..

well Variables , which are defined globally in your driver-programm will be known throughout the whole form.

The texts might be defined as standard texts.

There is one window 'RESPONSIBLE' If i go to text elements of the window there is nothing but i am getting output in that window,the output values are getting from function module but i dont know where it is printing...

ok, you dont need any textelements in SAP-Script to print something. they are just useful as destinations when you want to print at a cretain point oif your logic.

if you make a new window and in the window you type 'HELLO', with a paragraph format, then HELLO will be printed, even if there is NO text-element, and even if noone ever calls this window.

Ok,now i have a requirement to change the existing thing and replace with a new value if there is no text elelment defined there where can i change that..
