i want to know what is the difference between development and implementation project .both are same or some differences are there .

There is little difference between both..

<b>Implementation</b> project refers to a project where a new system will be implemented and development work will take place for that.

e.g A company wants to implement SAP .

But in some companies SAP system already exist. They want some more functionality to be added . in that case this will be a <b>development</b> project.

Job will be more or less same in both..
