hi,

by writeing the code in se38 n from there execute it n see if its printing in the correct format.

First you write the code in SE38 for the data required using the fun modules

OPEN_FORM,WRITE_FORM and CLOSE_FORM

in OPEN_FORM you will give the SCRIPT name that is used to display data

Design the Script layout in SE71 and format the data

when you execute the Program the respective script output is displayed

This custom script output

for STD scripts execution first do the correct assignment in NACE and go to the respective Application doc (like

for Sales order goto VA02 tcode, for delivery goto VL02N, for Invoice VF02 and for PO use ME9F tcodes ) and execute the output by giving the relative doc no.

then you will see the output and check it

if needed do further changes to script and execute again and see

hi,

1) first you design the form as per your need, for that one you work with SE71.

2) developed the print program with all the required data,for that one you work with se38.

3) assign the script form to it's corresponding print program, for that one you work with NACE.

suppoose you are developing script form to sales order, in that case

1) execute VA02.

2) here you find an option SALES over the top.

3) from the SALES option you select ISSUE OUTPUT

4) next select print preview

here you find any mistakes, you can make changes as per your need
