I wanted to know when the following user exits will get trigger. i wanted know each exits.

You would have to put a break point in ur code in the include. Then execute ur transaction. The one for which the control goes into the debugging mode would be the right one.

i think the purpose of that exits are need to add a custom field in ME21N transaction at header level.
