Triggering Workflow on Goods Receipt

I am trying to trigger a workflow on goods receipt, and I'm not having much success. I've tried triggering on the following two events:

BUS2017 Assigned and

MKPF Assigned

When manually triggering the event through simulation the workflow starts as expected. However using transaction MB01 doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

The Assigned Event deals with the ArchiveLink, not with a Posting (the Assigned Event is inherited from the IFARCH interface). There is no Event that you can use for Goods Receipt created since there is no Change Document associated with a GR.

To trigger a WF from a GR created you would have to extend the object type, delegate it, then create a change document and program it into a user exit in MB01.
