Both are same.no differences between ABAP/4 Dictionary and data dictionary.

Its not ABAP/4 dictionary but it is ABAP/4 Data dictionary.

Both are same.

The following information is directly taken from the Data dictionary :

- Information on fields displayed with F1 help

- Possible entries for fields displayed with F4 help

- Matchcode and help views search utitlities.

basic objects of the data dictionary :

- Tables

- Domains

- Data elements

- Structures

- Foreign keys

abap/4 consists of

data dictionary, abap editor,smartforms etc.

so data dictionary is one of the component of ABAp/4.
