      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, makes more sense now you have rephrased it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transaction (or report) RSUSR200 will give you a list of users in your system and their lock status.  It will also tell you the users that are not in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If (for example) you define active users as those who have logged in in the last 30 days, you can define this in the initial screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
