    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Prakesh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    The field lable is used in Dynpro Screen, because whenever you create data element same as original table all the following fields will display automatically,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data Type,Length, Decemal, ShortText. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   When you use the same field name in Dynpro you can get current database value in that screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF USEFULL GIVE REWARDED POINTS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Field label will be used as Screen Labels when you add a filed of that type,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also they become TABLE or ALV Column header when you put a filed of that type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also they will be used a ToolTip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Does your field use a data element to define itself in the table definition? If so go to the data element and maintain the field labels for short medium and long and heading. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kishi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data Element is the one which gives the meaningful description for the field&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the Std existing dataelements or user defined datalements if the description is not the criteria&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you have to create then explicitely with your own description&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;form Se11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;enter dataelement name against DATA type field choose dataelent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;create&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter description&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then enter Domain name and LABELS name for 10,15,20,25 char description/label for that field&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;save and activate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward points for useful Answers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abhay....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
