    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many ways are followed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example.. the Spec is kept in Repository (Lotus, etc) and the Ticket Number is assigned to you.. You will get spec from repository.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some times the common Shared folder will have the Spec stored.  and by ticket number you can start working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also specs are sent by email by yout co-ordinator, in case you don't have the access to the Common Repository / Common shared Folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;manju&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
