can u pls tell the software to connect to the client?I know through vpn we connect?I required perticular software to connect to the client?

It depends on the client where they are providing the connectivity.

VPN or Citrix so check with them & get the installer from them only.

Hi,

As far as I know, SAP only provides support when running SBO trough Terminal Server or Citrix. VPN (Virtual Private Network) is not endorsed by SAP.

But, with a good bandwith, I can run SBO (2004 and 2005) without problems. But, only running for test, because, again, SAP does not provides support when running with VPN
