user exit for VA02?

Hi all,

In my requirement, for a particular condition if the user wants to change the credit memo request that he has created. When the user clicks the save button after making few changes in va02 an message should come saying 'he cant make changes now' and the data should not be saved.

What is the user exit for this requirement. I have tried finding the exit using CMOD and gave break points in the userexit includes but it did not work.

Please help me. What is the user exit for this.

Hi Gautham,

Use the user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in program SAPMV45A in INCLUDE MV45AFZZ to add you logic.

This userexit can be used for changes or checks, before a document is saved.

you need access key for his,

of if you are working on ECC 6.0 version.

then you can create explicit Enhancement(using New Enhancement frame work) at the enhancement point "enhancement-point beleg_sichern_13 spots es_sapmv45a" in include MV45AF0B_BELEG_SICHERN and write your code inside your enhancement, and no access key is needed for this..

We have been using FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE from MV45AFzz for the same purpose.
