Hi Masum.

To transport any object from one server to other, we assign the objects to a transport request number (transaction SE01) and move all objects under that transport request to othe rserver.

T-Code for spool is SP01.

Hi,

when you work with SAP, you must have several machines. One for the development, one for the test and the productiv machine.

You create your program in the development machine and after you finish it, you have to create it in the productive machine. To do that, SAP used the request order. A request order contain the change you have made in the DEV machine. You could see the request order with the transaction SE10. You can see the content by double-click.

When you will need to make the change in the PROD, you will need to release your request order and transport it with the STMS tools.

I hope you have an administrator that have already configure the STMS.

T-code for spool is SP01.

To transport the elements that you create and edit in the planning environment from the Customizing system into a production system, you must specify the objects to be transported (for example, planning areas and planning levels) and add a Customizing request. The objects collected in this request are transported into the target system as soon as you release the request.

with help of trasport number only we can transoprt form development system to quality or production system.
