Hi,

Please look at the data type or domain for the field. There is an option where u can check whether the field is relevant for change recording or not.

For eg, if you go to data element MATNR_D in SE12 and go the tab Further characterstics, you will find a check box "change document" checked. This means that this field is relevant for change tracking.

pls reward if u find the answer useful.

Thanks

Ganesh.S

HI'm looking for the transaction where to define which fields are sesnitive for a changepointer. As far as i remember not all fields of a structure are "observed" and change to such a field does not result in a change pointer. I looked so far but cant find the TA name for that.
