how can i know the feed back of back ground job

Hi Friends,

can u please let me know the answers for these :

if i have submitted 4 linked report program to back ground job . if 2 report fails, what happen the result?

1. 3 and 4 report programs are executed or not

2. will it give at least 1 report program result or not.

That depends. Can you please provide some more info how the programs are linked:

several steps in batch planning
cascade of submits

and what kind of failure might occur:

If the report-2 fails (provided you have given an error message in the report), the job will go into an error mode and stop processing of the next step. You can check the job log to identify the type of error.

You will still get the output of the report-1.
