I need to download data through BDC in directly to excel sheet. How i will do that.

can u provide more clarity on that.Generally BDC is used to upload the data.

there are many standard function modules through which u can download the data

u can use FM GUI_UPLOAD and many others which u can embed in ur program.

if u provide ur exact scenario may be i can giv some more clarity

Hi Abhay,

BDC's are only used to upload data into system.If u want to download data in excel than first fill up the intenal table and use fm like gui_download and save the file as .XLS
