Hi,

Instead of using "Process Immediately" in partner profile, if you use "Collect IDOC" and later on process them in batch that will ensure that 1 IDOC is processed at a time.

If it is a custom process code you can use 'enqueue' and 'dequeue' functions to make sure one IDOC is processed at a time.

Other point is that it is perfectly normal that an IDOC fails because a resource required to process it is locked, you can always schedule a batch job to reprocess failed IDOC's (51 status).

Regards
