system message 046 from work area SSFCOMPOSER does not exist

Dear Experts,

i had created authorization role for keyuser's.

when they click print preview in the created purchase order.

they are getting error "SSFCOMPOSER does not exist"

but, consultants with profiels "sap_all" are able to see the print preview.

SAP version: ECC 5.0, with smartforms ADD-on.

and when i check more orders and invoice form all are getting same error.

some times, "no authorization for GRAPHIC access (BDS)"

i have no idea about authorization object,which is responnsible for this error.

i request you all to help me out. and i request you to give inputs for:-

*best folowed to creat end user roles.

*where can i find the standard sap autorization odjects with description.

*hyper likns for authorization concepts.

*wht kind of authorizations are dangerous for endusers.

Hi Noothangi,

Check for missing authorization by using SU53. When ever you get no authorization type \nSU53 you will be displayed with missing authorization.

If you receive message in at the bottom of the screen Double click on the message you will get necessary information.
