in support project what sort of tickets we can get,how the process will go in realtime.give me some exaple tickets.give everything idea abt tickets.

Hi,

Tickets are a way of tracking issues in Production support. Whenever users find bugs in production they create a ticket. This goes through the resolving process and at the end of the process the ticked gets closed which implies that the bug is fixed.

1.ECO Report Tool

The tool provides for various queries on items with

associated ECO tags along the item status, cross reference to non-

eco equivalent part numbers, associated customer (if applicable) and

creation date:

• Query a list of all ECO parents

• Query a listing of all items in the system with a ECO tag

• Query a specific BOM to view the ECO compliance level

• Query a specific Item to view ECO compliance level.

RoHS/WEEE

2. Need a database to store RoHS & WEEE homogeneous material

information (defined fields to enter the required material

information)
