hi all,

i have a problem regarding using standard text in my sap script. i actually have a requirement to print terms and condition in complete seperate page at the end of the layout. i have my file saved in word format.how can i attach this file at the end of my layout in seperate page.can any one help me out this issue,whether i should add one more page to my layout and how to add the file,can any one tell tell me step by step how to include this.plz

Hi,

create a standard text..and add the contents of the word document to the standard text..

Then create a new sapscript form...to display the standard text..

First call the form to display the transaction data..

Then call the new sapscript form ..to display the standard text..

Copy all your word doc text into a Std text in SO10 tcode

give some name and Language to it

Then you can print that text in the Script

You can print that text in a separate page or back side of the script

for printing the Backside

give the Attribute for the Page as DUPLEX = 'X'.

include text like:

/: INCLUDE &text Id& OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE EN

Create standarad text at SO10 and copy the text and paste in SO10 Transaction,make sure that use proper formatting ,see the style transaction SE71 .

Create one window and use that window for last page.

keep the condition in window.

/: IF &PAGE& = &SAPSCRIPT-JOBPAGES&.

HERE USE STANDARD TEXT.

hi seshu,

i have the text in .doc file, how should i add text into the window should i copy and paste the text individually in the text element or there is any other procedure directly to attach the file directly to my standard text. and how can i display the text at the back side of the page and for that should i create another page and add a window covering complete page.

Hi Abinash ,

You need to create a Standard text using SO10, there you can import the data from the word using the options, there you have an option to IMPORT the data ....

After importing the data, the data will be avilable in the So10 standard text, then

goto SE71 to your Script, create a Separate Window, and this window should be printed after all the windows, here write the NEW-PAGE first then Call the SO10 text using the INCLUDE statment

thanks for that but i am not getting the part of importing the doc file how should i import it into my standard text. where is this option present.

hi sudheer,

i have done that as u said i am able to view the text when i view the standard text, but i have included the standard text in script but i am not able to view the text at my output.is there any thing else to be done at my print program.and also i am not able to reduce the font size other option i am able to do the changes say underline and italic but bold and size is not reflecting wat can be the problem.
