Installation error NW7.5 ABAP stack (MSSQLSERVER 2012)

Hi , I am installing NW7.5 application server ABAP as administrator user . First I got the error in Installing common system files phase (CJS-30129 Creating node $(DIR_INSTALL) with type DIRECTORY failed. Original exception text was: syslib.filesystem.nodeCreationFailed) after many trials I logged in as SIDadm and started installation with old option and it was fine upto 20th phase. After this I got error in Install instance basics of Ascs01 (sapstartsrv.exe returned with -1). In log file it is stating that target node does not exist . Could any one help me to resolve this issue .

Hi Sunee.

1. SIDADM and SAPServiceSID user id's as part local administrator group?

2. Disable the firewall and UAE on OS level.

3. Could you share the full log

Again i started the fresh installation by login as domain user and i was getting same error in 4th Phase(common system file).

Here i am unable to attach full log file so attached the screen shot.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Sunee.

Before starting the installation have you updated the Windows service pack and secure updates?, Have you disable the windows OS UAE or any antivirus software blocking?

share the OS / DB version details?
