hi to all

my querry is as follows what is delivery note . who will raise this?

and what is credit return? and what is enquiry? who will raise this ?

pls dont give any sites . can u pls give some theoritcal description.

Hi,

let me try to anser your question although it's not an ABAP question:

- The delivery note acts as a pick request for the warehouse to pick the order. The transaction code to display a delivery note is VL03N, the data are in table LIKP (head) and LIPS (position).

- Inquiry: Customer asks for detailed information about specific goods, in particular their prices. Transaction code VA13, tables are VBAK and VBAP.

- credit return: I'm not sure which credit prozess you're refering to (sales, purchasing,...) Please check if this link could help you:
