Hi,

Knowing a structure name, how do we drill down to the table name which uses the structure...??

Use 'where used list' in tool bar or press cntrlshiftF3.

but i think structure'field might be from different sets of table,

so go via data element use 'where used list' and find the table for it.

HI,

some times structures may be used in tables directly.in that case goto the structure in se11 in disp mode.place ur cursor on structure name and press the where used list button one pop up will come.select dictionary table check box and deselect the remaining.then it will give u the list of tables in which that structure is used.

in some cases tables will be updated from the structures through the programs.in that case it will be little difficult to find it out.

simply click on where used list se11 and it shows program name -> see the program select query

or use SE15 transaction
