While iam doing recording through LSMW or SHDB the

ok-code is not getting recorded correctly. For example when doing recording for infotype 585, when i press page down button the ok-code should be recorded as '=P+'.But instead it is getting recorded as '/00'.i.e the ok-code of Enter button.I am facing the same problem when recording either through LSMW or SHDB.How to solve this problem. Is there any customizing should be done for the ok-codes.please anyone of u give me soln on this.

Thanks.

Hi!

You might change the recorded ok_code manually to '=P+'. But this behavior looks more like a local GUI action (scrolling without interaction with application server) -> you can't access this through BDC.

Anyway, you might run into problems with the question: how often should I scroll? You can't be sure of screen size, you might get trouble in counting existing entries..

I don't know your transaction - is an button 'new entry' available? Otherwise you might need to search for a different way to input your data.

Regards,

Christian

Hi Vadivel,

Have you tried using the fm 'HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION' instead of a BDC? it is much simpler & all the screen validations are taken care of inside the fm.

Good Luck,

Suresh Datti
