sap documentation on rfc/function module

hi,

where do look for documentation for any rfc or function module in sap , when i open any function module and click on function module documentation , i get message for ex. "Document PRGN_CREATE_AGR_FROM_AUT_TEMPL is not available in language EN" so please tell me how do i get documentation.

Hello John,

Follow these steps if the documentation is not available in English :

1. Log on to the system in German and go to the Funnction module and try to get the documentation in German. Now If the documentation is available in German, then you would have to go to some free translation sites on the internet and try to find out what the english translation is.

2. Shehryar had mentioned another approach ot this in one of his posts - If you have the authorization to the transaction SE63, then just type the name of the object and see if the documentation is available in the original language. If yes, then you would have to translate it to english again.

3. If the options 1 and 2 above fail, you will have to log on to SDN and make a post in this forum trying to find out if anybody else had already used that particular Function Module before :-).
