SALES ORDER - Tcode - VA01

OUTBOUND DELIVERY - Tcode - VL01N

Goods issue - Tcode - VL02N

Billing document - Tcode - VF01

When the customer returns..

Return order - Tcode - VA01

Returns delivery - Tcode - VL01N

Goods receipt - Tcode - VL02N

Credit memo - VF01.

Hi,

The Customer Order Management business process is part of R/3 's Sales and Distribution (SD) module. The primary function of this business process is customer order fulfillment. SD provides you with tools to manage information on sales calls, sales orders, inquiries, quotations, shipping, and billing. Sales personnel can access this data at any time to perform sales activities.

A complete sales cycle typically starting from

IN > Quotation > Order > Delivery > Billing ( SD order to cash )

followed by receivables from the customer.
