Work flow configuration steps

Hi All,

I am new to workflow. So need details about how can implement the following scenarion.

I have some applications which needs to be approved depending upon the target value present in the application.

If the value in the application is less than 50, i can myself be the approver and email should be sent to me as approver. If the value is more than 50, then the email should go my manager as an approver. If he does not approves in 2 working days then the email should be sent to his manager.

Let me know in details how can I do this. This is related to transaction RECN.

Is there any way to find out if there is standard workflow present for this.
