Asset master Conversion

Hi Gurus,

I am working on Asset master conversion programs. I need to convert Asset master reords (AS91).

I created a LSMW using Standard Batch/Direct Input method for program RAALTD01 (txn OA13).

When i tried to execute the LSMW, internally program calls AT91 transaction instead of AS91.

Tcode AT91 does not contains the tab 'Master data' which is on AS91 so my LSMW is not working.

Progarm RAALTD01 is a SAP standard program which, according to SAP Help can be used to "copy asset master data and asset transactions for the currenct fiscal year into the FI-AA System. A batch input is generated for the old asset transactions.

Can anyone suggest how to go about this?

did you set BALTD-TCODE = 'AS91' and BALTD-RCTYP = 'A' in your mapping ?

Hi David,

I am using BALTD-TCODE = 'AS91' and BALTD-RCTYP = 'A' . I checked in converted data also.

Hi Mahesh,

When i cheked conversion program, program itself is changing AS91 to AT91.

so i am using LSMW recording for AS91 for the master data and balances load only, and then creating another LSMW (batch input recording) for transction AS92 for the load of the transactions using standard program.

Hi Mahesh,

u can use both recording and direct input method for this Tcodes but in my case i have done seperate LSMWs for both Tcodes and i ran it successfully

in first LSMW AS91 i have upload the all fields except depreciation area screen and takeover values screen.

for this i have used second LSMW AS92 to upload these fields.

but take care that the fields belong to these screens in input file should be HORIZONTALL . according with this takecare while mapping.

do in this way definitly u got success.
