Object released?

hi..tell me how and by whom the object is released and transported?who will transfer to the Quality server from development server?

Hi Arvind,

Who ever have the authorization (Team members / Team leader) to release the Task and the Request, that person will release the request, then the BASIS people will import the request in the desired system, then the Object will be avilable in the target system

Depends on ur project -

most of the time - developer will relase request from developement to Quality by using Se10 or Se09 transaction.

once you done then you need to import the object to Quality by STMS Transaction.

try to enter development system and enter Se10 transaction and if you are able to see then you have authrization.

same thing log on quality system and enter STMS transaction and if you are able to see STMS then you have authrization

Hi Aravaind,

A transport request is created and in that tasks are created for developers. Developers code and save the object under the task and release tasks in SE10.

Once all tasks are released, the creator of transport request will release the request in SE10. After that basis people will transport request to another server.
